This episode connects us with Josh Lalor. Josh is a current Big Bash League cricketer who is passionate about innovation and cultivating new ideas. Throughout his playing career, Josh has sought out opportunities to create things that make a difference including working with racism awareness group OneLove on the  ‘All of Sport’ project and the Reflect Forward initiative working on Reconciliation Action Plans across cricket.

Josh’s path has led him to a new opportunity with his venture myPEAC, which he is passionate about enhancing the experiences of pre-elite athletes. With both face-to-face and online delivery models, myPEAC is eager to grow the reach and impact of its program and make a lasting effect on eager young athletes.

Within the conversation, the highlight for me was Josh sharing some of the mental and emotional battles he had before playing 1st class cricket and the tools and techniques he has embraced to help him reduce anxiety which has aided with his performance on and off the field.

If Josh’s story and his new venture myPEAC interests you then check out his website and for more connection and content find Josh on LinkedIn and Instagram.
