Hearing how far Evie has come, and the lessons she has learned about herself on this journey of becoming an Olympic athlete were amazing to hear in this conversation.
If you have big dreams in sports I know a lot of what Evie shares in this episode will resonate with you.
If you want to build your mental-emotional performance just like Evie has done check out the Meta Athlete Coaching Program – The course is set to start on the 14th of February.
